Excellent service which saved our holiday. On our first day away the water pump in our van started to fail leaving us with only a trickle of water coming out of the taps. We rang Dumfries Caravan centre at the end of the afternoon and they confirmed they had the right model in stock and could fit it for us the next morning. We arrived there at 9.30 and by 10.15 we were driving away with the new pump installed. Thank you very much.
Very helpful. We needed to change our gas from butane to propane. Couldn't have been more helpful even though they were busy.
Hardly any stock and what they did have overpriced! Felt like I was an inconvenience when I went to sales office, won't hurry back.
Worst caravan dealer there is and the workshop is a complete joke. Charge excessively. I now travel down south to another dealer who is different class and half the price of this place. If you want ripped off and half a job then visit Dumfries caravans.
