The best burger I’ve tested in Paris, in France, in Europe, period. It’s a classic American smash burger. Super tasty. Come early, as there’s a lot of people, and limited quantities.

I’m from the US. Moved here and was searching for smashed burger joint. Dumbo fits to bill. It’s quite hard to find a burger place in Paris that uses cheddar cheese like back home and the meat is to die for. It’s crispy on the edges, they grill the bun, and don’t go crazy with the mustard and ketchup mix. My favorite is classic. Come before 12 to avoid long lines.
Probably the best burger in.. France ? Seriously. We literally went through rain and hell, almost one hour shaking just to try this extremely delicious, yet simple masterpiece of burger - as it should be. And hell, we've been walking past it so many times and decided to finally, of all days - this stormy, rainy first officially cold day of autumn - to try it out. So glad we did, cause omg. For once, it actually lived up to the hype. Small notice: fries are just average - nothing special. You won't miss out if you'd skip them.

Would love to give more stars because the burger I had was delicious. But after waiting 1h15 I felt so disappointed hearing they ran out of fries so I could only have half of my command. Great burgers, long waiting time!
Good smash burgers. However I found it a little bit \one note\. I guess they are going for simplicity but I would have like more dimensions flavor wise. Adding Tabasco helped elevating it. The fried chicken was very juicy and perfectly cooked, but again I find a little bland, lacking spices. I appreciate the minimalist approach of the joint but would have like a bit more flavor overall. Would still recommend for a quick bite.
Great simple burger with all the right flavors inside
Guys this is probably the best burger in Paris you have to try it they make the best smash burgers and all the ingredients are homemade they dryage there meat and make there own pickles cheese and burger buns. This is a must try. The bread is amazingly soft and you get a really nice crust on the meat when you bite into the burger. MUST TRY. They do only make 100 burgers per day though so you will have to be quick to get one. They do sell out fast. But definitely the BEST burger in Paris France.
