Appalling customer service from the woman I can only presume was the manager. She was too busy decorating the Xmas tree and hiding from customers to offer any service - other than refusing to price match some paint to toolstation, who were offering the paint 18 cheaper - quite a considerable amount less. She didn’t even peek her head around or bother communicating it directly. Just a straight no via her colleague, who was polite and professional. Not being able to see the paint at the moment means you have to rely on their help and advice - which on this occasion was sadly lacking. Needless to say the difference made it worth the trip elsewhere. I have used this decorating centre before, but will not be returning again. I’d suggest going to another of the many decorating centres that offer a Much better service.

I would like to Thank Sarah, Howard and Angela for a Great service Very friendly and welcoming when you walk through the door. Their are all very helpful and nothing is too much trouble and their all are very knowledgeable. I have been to many Dulux Dec centres over the years but this is the Best one by far.
