I would like to take this time to share my exceptional experience with Gwinnett Nissan. My service provider Kimberly from day one of assisting me has been nothing short but amazing and everything she’s done for me in these last few weeks. Her communication skills her follow up her dedication to making sure that her customers me it’s taken care of just Wows me. I can tell that she cares about what she does she loves her job but more importantly she cares about her customers. Today I left Gwinnett Nissan with a smile on my face knowing that Mrs. Kimberly took such good care of me and that I was in good hands. In the future I would definitely bring my car back to Gwinnett Nissan for service if you need it I also add that in the future when it’s time to purchase my new car I would definitely be paying Gwinnett Nissan a visit. OMG! I have the new car fever do I stopped by Gwinnett Place Nissan. I me Miriam (Product Salesperson) and Andy Yusuf (Manager), I believe. They were very friendly and professional and I love the 2021 Nissan Altima. It is a must have at least by my birthday in March 2021.

The customer service I received had me leave with a warm and fuzzy. Plus my car was washed and vacuumed in addition to the service I went for (oil change). I opted in for a suggested service (transmission drain and fill) and when the extra service went over the time I was quoted, the service member added an extra discount to which my response was a thank you. I will definitely be returning.

I had a great time at Gwinnett Place NISSAN. The building is very COVID friendly. The staff was spaced apart as well as all wearing masks. The building was also very clean. Booking the appointment was a great experience, these was very convenient openings. The service rep was great, very professional. The communication was great between the Rep and myself, he comminuted pricing and the service process as well as options so I could make a decision. My car was completed in a timely manner as promised. There were no scheduling delays. I was very pleased. Thank you.
