Being picky about were I get my wig chopped and having the same barber for a lifetime, moving 100 miles away forced me into a change. What a healthy change it was the anxiousness was quickly eased with the banter in the place and a good cut to walk out with! No complaints 6/5 rating and will be back!

My go-to barbers now. Alice does a great job, and the place is spotless and well managed with Covid regs. Good value for a high quality hair cut, with free parking opposite.

I’ve been going to Duke Hare for a number of years since moving back to Carlisle and have stayed loyal to them as well as encouraging friends and family to get their barnets barbered there too! I took my brother for his pre-wedding cut and beard trim today and Sarah smartened him up very nicely. Duke Hare is a comfortable and safe environment with friendly staff and great prices. Stanwix’s best barber by far!!
