Do not use Wright Solicitors under and circumstances regarding family law (child access/custody). I got advised by Wrights to not have a solicitor at my initial court hearing what a mistake that was, set me back 6 months! The staff don’t have a clue what they are doing and only care about the money. I spent over 1,000 and got absolutely no where. I could of done everything better myself. If you are going for a solicitor in the Dudley area do not go with these I would advise using HRS as they are attentive and actually care about you case not just your money they are like polar opposites. As someone who had no idea or experience my advice would be apply for mediation yourself and get the MIAM form (which you will need to apply for court) See if mediation works if not have a free consultation at HRS and go from there.

Very Poor representation, Solicitors with very little experience, go on the Legal500 Website and choose a firm who are well recognised and have plenty experience. Ignore clients when you query the bill, do not reply to emails, calls etc, Charge ridiculous amounts of money for very little work.
