AVOID this company and save yourselves a lot of hastle it has been so frustrating and is still ongoing not returning my calls or messages sales manager now ignoring me -(although she was very polite and helpful in sorting out the initial problems with my order) , I have asked for her sales directors details which have not been supplied, I have since spoken to the office and I am awaiting a call from the regional manager which I have not heard from as yet. A more detailed review to follow if and when I get a response from the company. EXTREMELY Dissapointed.

I made an initial enquiry with this company but decided to buy elsewhere. I advised them of this when they called but since then they have been calling 3 or 4 times daily. I have had to block their number but they still continue to call. I would not do business with them now under any circumstances!

I was looking for a company such as The Recliner Factory as they had been established for a very long time, I felt this was important for making my decision. They were very friendly when I contacted them by telephone. I requested a brochure and then decided to get a demonstration, the chap that arrived was indeed helpful and didn't pressure us at all to buy the recliner chair. He answered all of our questions with good understanding of the riser recliner, one hour later, we went for one with heat and massage and I can confirm it has been wonderful, particularly at the moment as it is so cold. Watching TV and relaxing in my new chair is an absolute joy, my knees feel better already. My only bugbear is that I wish I would have got one sooner.
