I had used the EV charger but I found myself needing the AA because I had brokendown. Found myself needing the toilet but to my amazement there wasn't a customer toilet that I could use. So I thought I would call upon the Shell assistants humanity and ask him if I could use the toilet in the back but point blank was told No! Then I asked him if he knew of a public convenience or possible alternative then I was told he didn't know the area. So just for customer service it's very poor.

Good service, friendly staff
No face masks being worn by staff or the customers in the shop on my visit recently. Will go somewhere that values my health and safety in future.
