Worth their weight in gold! A real crisis was dealt with by them efficiently, quickly, safely and above all with bags of compassion and understanding. Wouldn't know where we'd be without them.

Following referral due to chronic pain, no reasonable seating was provided despite giving ample prior notice of need for reasonable adjustments. The health practitioner was more focused on bureaucratic processes than on building a rapport of trust and confidence. On raising this all future sessions were then cancelled by phone unexpectedly by them without any further support being put agreed, it was clear they're not used to being challenged. Overall rating ...Dissapointing at best.

Useless, was referred by my gp, got a phone appointment where they were most sympathetic and made me feel like I was getting somewhere. Was never contacted again.
