Rang twice, two days on the trot. On the blower for 20 minutes or more.....no response. Must be serving the regulars who seem to have plenty of time on there hands. Needs to be shook up and re-organised.
No help whatsoever told to call for an appointment on line for 15 mins trying to get through to be given debt line advice number however daughter needs legal advice for fines relating to 2017 which she knew nothing about..
Very helpful and would recommend any day.
