I rang the surgery and was given an appointment within 2 days to see the GP. I was so impressed with the efficiency of the entire surgery. I was seen within minutes of arriving. The receptionist was so friendly and kind. The GP Dr Majid was the best GP I have ever been to. He was incredibly informative, helpful and actually cared about my concerns and well being. Thank you all!

This surgery has gone down hill. There used to be some brilliant Doctors but they all moved on..and left inexperienced staff behind. One good Doctor is Zoe who cant do enough for you. (HATS OFF 2 HER) Reception staff ( Gemma ) is rude and abrupt.yet sally is lovely. Advanced nurse practitioner (Garik) clueless and not got a single idea what advice to give patients during covid shielding. He also does not have the skill of showing empathy toward patients like me.I have since left the surgery and found one that is five star.

This doctor surgery is an absolute joke! Staff are so rude especially the receptionists and the practice manager, was hard enough getting an appointment before COVID but now you have more chance of getting a golden ticket to see willy wonka, if you want to be spoken to like rubbish and made to feel guilty for wanting medical help this is the place for you! Only glimmer of hope is Zoe a brilliant doctor in a terrible surgery

Worse surgery ever. Have to walk up to make an appointment as no one EVER answers the phone- then can’t get an appointment for weeks anyway. You sit for ages in the waiting room- never more than two Doctors there. Was amazing when Dr Rathore was at the helm- now it’s awful. Go somewhere else

Whats happened to appointments? I usually book one via the Patient Access App but my doctor never seems to have appointments available anymore even though I have tried for a couple of months, I have mental health problems and rely on seeing the same doctor each time as its important having built a rapport, she's a great doctor when I can get an appointment, she has been of great help many times. using the phone is a problem for me so the app was great but no longer so and there is no email system either so I cannot even voice my opinion or concerns, it would be handy to write my health concerns in an email that can be addressed by my doctor as things are easier for me to put in writing as conversations are always difficult. Seems the surgery is struggling somehow? I do hope it doesn't end up closing.
