This was the first time booking through Duchy Holidays and we were so pleased we booked again for next year. Blue Haze provided everything we needed to make full use of our time in Perranporth. The location was perfect and the house was spacious with great views plus the equipment and facilities were not only plentiful but also of good quality. Looking forward to our visit next year.

Spent 5 nights in Cas Nizz apartment. Fantastic views and the apartment had all we needed. Very clean and tidy with the benfit of a terrace.The garage was a bit tricky to locate on arrival but other than that all very good.
We have been holidaying in Cornwall for 10 years plus. We cannot fault Duchy, they are always so helpful and cater for our needs. Any problems and they sort it out straight away. This year due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to have our holiday. Duchy have once again helped us out. All rebooked for next year without any hesitation, thank you Duchy for your understanding. We look forward to seeing you in 2021 and will miss Cornwall so much this year. We had a lovely family holiday over New Year staying at Cloud 9 , the Dunes. The property is excellent,very modern and comfortable.In a brilliant location for the town and the beach. Great views from the balcony looking out over the beach. Cleaning equipment was in short supply along with spares such as light bulbs. Probably the only improvement I can think of.
The chalet was old and very tired. It looked good in the photos. Bathroom was very poor. Bath had no enamel left on it and not been cleaned properly still had hair in it. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting. The mattress cover had not been washed for sometime. There was no where to sit and chill comfortably, it was also quite damp but this can’t be helped for the time of year. If we had paid more than we had we would most definitely checked into somewhere else and asked for our money back. The site the chalet was on was very good. Good food and great service
