Great garden. Nice staff. Good service. Thought the food was so so. Chicken and mushroom pie should be creamy right, not like broth. My partner's burger was pink, and the chips looked like they'd been in the frier for hours.

Really good pub and exquisite Sunday roast that is truly value for money. The beer garden is large and ideal for small groups. The friendly staff are helpful and will go out of their way to make sure you're welcome. This is the second time I had been here. The first was for the quiz night which was fun and friendly. I'm glad to say that it retains its friendly and welcoming reputation.

Mark and team - shout out to Gemma - make this place. Great mix of locals and office workers. Guest ale. Food is good quality pub food. Burgers very good. Great bet garden.

We all felt really well looked after at at a time when covid-19 still affects day to day life. We felt the place had great food, drinks and a nice setting. Thanks very much!
