Wish I could rate more than 5 stars! Absolutely flawless service from enquiry to delivery. Purchased a used bike last month during lockdown so was unable to physically see the bike. The guys at Ducati Nottingham made it feel like I had seen the bike first hand with detailed videos and honest descriptions on their adverts. I dealt with Curtis who I really can’t thank enough for making the process so enjoyable. He kept me in the loop throughout and made me feel like nothing was too much effort. I received replies to my emails briskly and felt it was such an effortless process. The bike was also serviced as part of the sale, therefore I’d also like to praise the workshop team too. I didn’t manage to catch the techs name who performed the service, however being a senior technician for a prestige car brand, I naturally had a quick look around the bike and can tell the utmost care had been taken when working on my new bike! Really can’t praise the dealership at Nottingham enough. It will certainly be the first place I head when looking for something a little different!!! Thanks all involved and merry Christmas.

I purchased a 1200s Multistrada from here in 2016. I was successfully returned once for its first service. At that point no problem with the dealership. Unfortunately i have never been able to get the bike booked in for any service work since. I have called to speak to service and they are frequently not there, day off, off sick etc. On the rare occasion that i do get to speak to someone to try to book in for work, the lead times they quote for a booking are very long. I therefore always end up calling another Ducati Dealer (Stoke, Coventry, Wolves) and booking the bike in there, even though it is less convenient. Take yesterday as an example. I Called wanting a service, MOT and front pads. The date i was given was over a month away, which is after the MOT expires. I called yesterday as you can't get a new MOT more than a month before the old one expires. So either i accept a period of not being able to use the bike as it does not have an MOT or take it somewhere else. In the past i have written to Pidcocks head office complaining of poor service (or no service as i can't get booked in) and never even received a reply. So the attitude to customer service starts at the top, so no wonder it stinks. So Don't buy a Ducati if you live in the East Midlands unless you fancy a day out in Stoke, Coventry or Wolverhampton (sic) when you need the service department. I have had enough, once serviced and MOT'd its going on Autotrader. Unfortunately i will have to buy something other than a Ducati, and BMW as Pidcocks own the BMW dealer, Luckily Triumph have opened in Tamworth which is not too far away.

Went in here to look at finally scratching that Italian thoroughbred itch. Curtis approached and couldn't have been more genuine and helpful. He had a vast knowledge of Ducati models both present and past and was able to answer any questions or queries I threw at him. Left with a phenomenal amount of information and a fantastic experience. I will be returning once my decision on which model and spec I want has been decided. Go, you won't be disappointed. Some dealerships could learn alot from this establishment.
