The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They made me feel confident that I was getting a great product for the pricing. Made myself aware that I was buying the wrong shoes size this whole time was almost perfect day. The reason for not a perfect as it was just due to shortage of stock of certain products that is beyond their control. Their practice of Covid Protocols are outstanding and hand sanitizing stations are easily accessible. They make sure you satisfied and willing to help. Great place.
Went in to buy one of my daughters a pair of white high tops converse and my other daughter a pair of air force one whilst the man was fitting my daughter for her Connie's my husband and I noticed the didnt stock air force ones so we were discussing getting them on line only to be meet with disrespect and rudeness from the man that was fitting my daughter because we were buying on line I then said you didn't hear the whole conversation he was very dismissive so I then said do you stock air force ones he said no I said right thats what we were buying online, maybe if you had taken the time to listen then you would of understood what was happening but as it is because of your rudness we will take our money else where. This happened at the dubbo store to and surprise surprise it was the older guy that works there not the young ones.
Always a friendly face to help you when needed I don’t mind paying a little more for good quality products when I can pass them down from one child to the next saves me in the end A great place to shop always clean
Bought a pair of shoes. Paid 120. Worn them once. Went back to store to exchange and get next size. They didn’t let me exchange. Not a happy customer. Rude staff. Will never buy from them again. Bad experience. Will not recommend anyone to shop from this store.
