Online Customer Services is excellent specially a Girl Called Mariam she was very helpful and cooperative, many thanks
great experience customer service is amazing, they have auto chat which you don't need to wait to be entertained, I might be talking to a bot as how fast they response but still as long as all my needs are given and met asap, it's all that matters.
I bought a UST projector and was looking to buy an ALT screen. Fareed from Dubai Machines helped me out with the selection of the screen and was quick to respond with all the technical info, price and delivery. I asked for installation as well which was also provided through a competent team which is definitely required for anyone using this for personal use. I would have given a 5 star rating if they had the screen in stock, likewise they did meet the delivery commitment.
I inquired for PAT kit and Mariam accommodated me for all of my concerns, she is fast and knowledgeable. She has assisted me all the way to finalize the transactions smoothly. *will update the review once I receive the product.
