I never advice anyone to go to this clinic. The doctor is full of himself. He isn’t cooperative. He puts a table of diseases on the table. You give him the symptoms rather than giving you information he tells you might have 2 or 3 of the diseases and asks you to do a full test which costs 4500. He makes you obsess that your full of diseases so you do the full tests that aren’t needed which costs 1400 in the best hospitals such as Medcare, barjeel, or prime. Their customer service is the worst. I never would’ve went there if I know how they deal and I advice no one to go. Neither the doctor and the nurses have manners. Stay away their are tens of urologists in strong hospitals who are ten times more cooperative not looking just to benefit from the pain of the patient. All the google reviews giving him 5 stars are fake and done by him because they only have 1 review with fake names and no pictures.
I met the worst receptionist at this clinic , she has no respect for clients or other health professionals and has treats people inhumanely. The place deserves no star Honestly I thought the problem was nurse or the receptionist, but you also have problem. 1. I did visit ur hospital on Thursday afternoon 19th of November 2020, but I was forced to go back from the front desk 2. The level of arrogance and denial you have is outrageous since I commented with a real name and account and i was at your clinic shreds ur credibility So please, I urge u and your staff members to be polite truthful and oriented.

The doctors and the staff were great on their services
Went in for treatment today from overseas. No complaints at all. The practice and Staff were great and Zack was great to deal with.
