I broke my phone LCD and was given a fake LCD by one of the employees, even though I paid for an original one. A couple of the buttons were also not working, my battery was replaced by a fake one and the back cover screen of the phone was still damaged even though he said he will put a new one for me. When I confronted the employee's manager about the issues, he apologized and told me he will order an original LCD and call me within the next few days (on Saturday) but the call never came. I have followed a couple times since then and there has been no update yet. The worst part is that the employee who repaired my phone even went through my messages while he was fixing my phone because they were marked as read even though I never opened them, which can be very risky if you have your bank information saved on your phone. The shop was good when it first opened a couple of years ago as the 1st couple of times I went there to fix my phone were really good and the owner seemed friendly but the last service was exceptionally bad as you never want your phone to be repaired with fake and missing parts and more importantly have someone go through your personal messages

Bad service !! After five attempts, my phone was not fixed. They just try to charge more money and spend time. Do not waste your time and go to another repair shop.
