I’m extremely confused on how and why this salon has such high ratings. This salon is one of the worst salons I’ve ever been too and doesn’t deserve the rating listed because it’s extremely misleading. The staff is very kind and nice but doesn’t know what they’re doing unfortunately. I went to the salon for waxing and a massage and it was truly a nightmare. I was told that the masseuse had years of experience but I knew right away she had no clue what she was doing. Ten minutes into the massage I got up and left. I feel robbed of my money. I had really high expectations for the salon but was really let down. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever received. I’m shocked how the reviews are so high.

It was indeed a pleasure visiting crystal ladies salon. I went for Waxing, Mani-Pedi, jellies nails, facial and hair spa. All services were done by Iram. She is an amazing lady. Very professional in approach and gives right suggestions to make your visit memorable. I highly recommend this place.

Great service with excellent quality products ! Staff is very friendly and they will make you feel comfortable. It was my first time with them but I think I have found my happy place. Special thanks to pooja for all the giggles and excellent service once again. 5 stars for everything.

Love this place. I came in for an eye brow shape and walked home with eye brow shape, back massage and a pedicure for the price of an eye brow shape. Excellent staff who listen to your needs and do care about customers full satisfaction. Thank you for my pamper session. Would highly recommend!

I have to say I totally disagree with the negative comment about Head to Toe and can't believe they are talking about the Salon I recently discovered. I have tried most of the respectable salons in Oxford over the years but never have been truly happy with the results. A family friend recently recommended Head to Toe me and after checking the salon's website out I made an appointment to have my hair cut and coloured. I was welcomed with a very friendly and professional receptionist who showed me to the waiting area. My Stylist introduced herself and I immediately felt in safe and professional hands. She listened and produced exactly what I was after. The whole experience was relaxing, enjoyable and I felt so special by the friendly team. I've also visited the beauty side and the treatment was amazing. I'm so happy to have found a five star salon, which is reasonably priced and offer an excellent service. You have to go for yourself it really is so good! Check out their website as sometimes they have really good promotions expecially for new clients. Enjoy!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value I loved everything about this salon! The excellent service and hospitality of people are definitely on top! I've been looking for a perfect salon for years and it's the first time I tried to do my Balayage treatment in Dubai. Never been so happy finding it here in mua crystals. It's definitely worth the money, very affordable, and the quality is superb! Exactly the type of hair color I liked! I also give my commendation to my hair stylist, Ms. shalini. She's truly an expert and I had a wonderful experience all throughout my hair treatment. Also, I think the products used aren't harsh as my hair doesn't even have that strong smell of chemicals that I usually experience from other salons. I highly recommend for you guys to try their service here! I found the one for me. It's definitely worth the travel and will be coming back for more treatments!

Excellent Experience in MUA Crystal Saloon Al Karama. One of the best in the city. Good hygiene, calm and positive ambience, uses qualitative and branded products, excellent service by Owner Unaiza and the staff. Polite and very good service given by the staff. My relaxation place on weekends in Dubai to pamper myself. Be it hair, body , nails, feet they do everything very professionally. Friendly nature by staff Customer satisfaction is more valuable to them. If you are in Karama definitely you should visit this salon. Value of money and amazing offers n packages offered by MUA crystal salon. They are also amazing in makeup and hair styling offering good packages. Organic and natural products are more considered here Women we need a salon which gives us services that makes us happy and add value to the money we spend. This is yourr go to go salon. It’s a must try. You will love it Thumsup to the owner and the staff for making the environment friendly and always giving the best services
