I must share, my wonderful experience of starting business in their building in Al nahda2. This is one of the very good real estate management company. Ms. Marwa is heading this business and one of the best real estate manager i ever met. She helps tenants whatever maximum possible and her support in setting up my business was truly 5 star, THE CLASS OF DUBAI. 7 stars for Ms.Marwa's exceptional selling skills and her knowledge/experience in real estate business. All their staff Shamsad, Sheena too very cooperative and very supportive. Their maintenance team headed by Mr. Ayman and team members Mr.Fasal, high level of personal guidance and support in fixing the maintenance issues. Very poor organization of maintenance services for tenants. Have to follow multiple times to get service, no feedback system, the company would not confirm any appointment. Every time tenant needs service - have to call several time to get any responds. Management does not respond to calls or mails. No escalation system for complaints either. So if something is broken and maintenance does not help - you are on your own. Good thing - regular washing of building windows.
