The food here is always good. They never disappoint. The staff here is very polite and friendly. They stay true to Vietnamese cuisine and offer everything from pho to egg rolls to traditional rice dishes. They also serve Vietnamese iced coffee which is so food. There aren’t many authentic Vietnamese restaurants in the area but Dua never disappoints

I have eaten here a couple times. They are conveniently located across the street from where I live. My 1* relates to their customer service. Last week I placed an online order for takeout. Their system took my order, processed my payment and gave me a pick up time in about 15 minutes. When I walked over there to pick up my food, they were closed!! I tried to call their phone number, but no answer. The next afternoon they were open so I walked in to see if they could refund me for my order - the manager was very abrupt and simply told me \No Refunds\. To add insult to injury, he did not even offer to make the food that I ordered - he just kept saying \No Refund\. Suffice to say, I will never go here again and would highly discourage anyone else from going.
Ok location for Vietnamese food. very appetizing. had a friend come into town and she asked me to take her here again. makes me feel like i in nashville again.
Excellent location for tasty Vietnamese food. A preferred evening place. I think I might become a regular. It has a nice interior.
I ordered over the phone for pick up and asked for shrimp pho. The person on the phone confirmed one shrimp pho and said it would be ready for pick up ten minutes later. I showed up and they asked for my name, after looking at the tags of multiple pack orders they asked what I ordered and I said shrimp pho again. They handed me the food and when I came home and opened it, the food was not shrimp pho but an extremely spicy noodle soup that I could not eat because I cannot eat spicy things. When I looked at the bag tag it said “#6-shrimp.” I checked their online menu and saw that #6 was an extremely spicy noodle soup, not pho. I could not eat this and when I tried to call them they were closed. I don’t understand how they could’ve gotten my order wrong when they verbally checked my order multiple times with me... very disappointing.
