We have a latex HP560 and it was a colour sensor which needed replacing. After waiting over a month to sort out a problem with Art Systems, I emailed dtech on Sunday night , by 10.30am monday morning, and by Tuesday afternoon the fault was repaired. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. 10/10
Can't recommend highly enough - have my HP printers serviced once a year and whenever there is a problem Mark is always on the end of the phone for advice and support.
