I had a wonderful experience with Bernie and his company, Dry This House. My original interaction was due to damage from my air condition unit, which was covered by insurance. Bernie negotiated directly with the insurance company on my behalf, the only thing I had to pay out of pocket was my insurance deductible. I also hired his company to put tile down in my kitchen, master bath and guest bath. The workmanship was excellent. Bernie came multiple times to my home to check on the progress of the work. I highly recommend Bernie and his Company. He is very knowledgeable, fair with his pricing, and a nice person to work with.

I had extensive water damage from a leaky water heater. Bernie and his team were great to work with. They were very professional, on time and took great pride in their work. I highly recommend Bernie and his company.
We recently had a leak from an a/c unit in our attic. The water ran down through the ceiling and into the bathroom below. My wife called their emergency number and Bernie came out immediately with his crew to minimize the damages. He used some special equioment to determine which areas the water had traveled to inside our ceiling and walls and then constructed and executed a plan with drying equipment all in the same trip to ensure the water did as little damage as possible. Everything was setup very quickly and he was very reliable with following up and checking on the progress of the drying process until it was completely dry. I highly recommend Bernie and the team at Home Repair Contractors to anyone else that has a water leak or flood in their home.
Bernie came out to my grandparents home in Mt Dora and was able to help with the water damage from an appliance that flooded their kitchen. Great work and they worked directly with my grandparents insurance company.
