Having had delicate expensive items ruined at other dry cleaners nearer to where I live , I was very reluctant to give a very expensive and delicate silk corset to just any cleaner and therefore did a fair bit of research and asked friends and family for trusted dry cleaners. I am extremely happy that I chose to follow the recommendation of some friends who have used this cleaner in the past. Not only was the service as courteous and efficient as I was led to expect but more importantly, the corset was beautifully cleaned and returned to me in pristine condition. Although this is by no means my closest dry cleaner I will certainly be using this business in the future for delicate expensive items rather than risk having them ruined by nearer but less reliable cleaners.

We live nearby so have been using this company for fifteen years. We have had no trouble with their dry cleaning and laundry, but did have a problem with using the repairs section. I had purchased a leather waistcoat and it arrived with the pockets sown up the wrong way (upside down) so I took it in and asked if they would fix it. When I returned, they told me they hadn't done it as they wanted to warn me that it would be an extremely expensive job. I was very grateful as it was a cheap waistcoat. So full marks for this.
I come here regularly to get my suit dry cleaned and always get it back real quick looking really fresh and crisp. Also run by really nice people.

This review is about their repair service. Asked them to stitch the jacket. Not only it took them nearly a week, it came completely wrong. I now have to undo the work and redo properly. The staff was quite unhelpful and demanded the pay even as it was clearly a miss on their side. After arguing for too long I gave up and paid very reluctantly though. I advise to keep away from this shop.
