After having owned a holiday home at Drovers way for almost 7 years we have given it up with heavy hearts generally for personal health reasons. The site is beautifully landscaped and extremely well maintained. The owners, Helen & Chris live on the adjacent farm and are always available to advise, assist or just listen. The farm has sheep, horses, hens, pigs, alpacas, dogs, fishing, and now grandchildren to entertain. There are amazing bird watching opportunities including a couple of Canada Geese who return to the fishing lake every year to raise their family. Coatham Woods is only a few minutes walk away providing great dog friendly walks. We would recommend Drovers way to all looking for a peaceful and totally relaxing getaway.

So far seems the closest place to me for a family camping / holidaying site with fishing available for residents of the place. Out of interest, if you stay there on site can you fish? Regards, Adam. As an owner on this site for 5 years we have just invested in a new bigger and better holiday home here as we are so happy with the service and facilities. Peace and quiet in a lovely countryside setting. The park is beautifully kept and maintained and the owners so friendly and helpful. Can't think of anywhere nicer to spend our weekends.
Peaceful setting in a well cared for holiday park. A great location to visit places of interest including North Yorkshire and Durham. Community wood which offer great walks. Also well Stocked fishing lakes right on your doorstep. Friendly, caring owners that strive to make Drovers Way Holiday Park clean and beautiful. A home away from home.
