Fantastic shop with lovely knowledgeable staff who will go out of their way to help you. The staff only ever want to make sure that their animals are being sold to people who can look after them properly and they are happy to answer all questions! They have never made me feel stupid for asking for advice (unlike other places have) and since they opened in Dronfield I visit on a weekly basis for my live food and any equipment I may need. The shop is always exceptionally clean and tidy whilst the animals are always happy and clean too. The animals purchased have always been happy and healthy and the staff have always made sure that the right set up has been sold or is already in place.

I have made many purchases from Exotic Pets, the first being an aquatic sharp ribbed newt. They gave me excellent advice about habitat, temperature and food etc. Following their advice my newt, and 4 others I purchased, are thriving. I have also bought live food for my tree frogs and decorations for their vivarium. You can phone or email Exotic Pets and they will always offer great, and knowledgeable advice.
I love this reptile shop. Cannot recommend it enough. They are all so friendly and knowledgeable and no matter how many questions I ask they are always so happy to provide as much info as possible. I trust what they tell me and there loyalty rewards card is definitely worth doing. I've saved loads by shopping there instead of elsewhere and happy to give this business my money instead of the big chains that know half as much as they do
We always go to Exotic Pets to buy supplies for our lizard. They have a brilliant range of stock and are always friendly and willing to help if needed. We've ordered a few items online too during lockdown and they turned up really quickly and in great condition. Highly recommend.
So happy to have found exotic-pets. My partner bought a bearded dragon from a friend who was moving. The set up was old and wasn’t suitable for our home. The staff at exotic pets were so helpful in advising us on the equipment that was needed and explaining everything to us. We didn’t feel like we were being pushed into a sale and we felt listened to throughout. The staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. I love the rewards card as well as we have already racked a few months worth of free food. Our beardie definitely looks happier in her new home
