Great customer service! I purchased my embroidery machine from here and Tim was so helpful answering all my questions before I purchased. Upon collection the staff took the time to talk through the machine before I took it away. Also a bonus that when visiting the shop I felt safe with all the covid precautions in place. I’m glad I purchased my machine from here, everyone so far has been so helpful. Thank you!

Just purchased Janome HD2200 sewing machine and Brother 2104DAV overlocker. A man who helped, advised and demonstrated machines to me today is so knowledgeable and welcoming! It's an amazing family business wish them many years to come.
