Considerably overpriced and impossible to use the results for real estate land sales. Made an appointment to work with the pilot on the detail for 130 acres wooded and open with lake and ponds. When I called to confirm the appointment the job was already done a day or two before... from off property! Obviously done just putting it on “automatic” to circle a rectangular property showing 50% of the neighboring land. The overhead stills were nothing but bits and pieces of ponds. Zero attention to detail. Got it done beautifully for a quarter of what they charged.

This company employs at least two extremely dishonest and unprofessional people. They also don't pay their bills. Stay away. If you want truly professional aerial video/photography, there's a much better company based in Richmond, VA called New Media Systems.

Have done three jobs with droneup. Pay scale is modest to fair and payment professional. Last job was an industrial plant in lower New England. Preflight and preparation took 3 hours, drive to destination was 4 hours round trip. Ended up at high security facility with no one aware of project. Contractor and subcontractors failed to communicate. Local police were called and job cancelled. A most unpleasant experience. iPhone was given to general manager and disappeared. Not one cent in compensation from Droneup yet. Does this sound like a professional operation? Payment for job did happen eventually...
