One of my favourite fishing venues. Cracking group of lads,knowledgeable and very friendly staff and the best bit, great cafe and pools full of fish. You won't get better.

Just done 4 days on here for the 4th year in a row. I organise a trip for the lads in our fishing club and we take on average 20 with us and everyone who goes really enjoy the fishing and the whole set up which is a credit to mick and denise and adrian and I've just booked for next year,it was harder this year due to covid 19 and the guide lines but still had a great time.

Visited Woodland View for the first time on Monday, on arrival we were meet by a little fat man who was rude and aggressive and seemed dead set on causing an argument. The shop where you, pay was not open so we waited because it was only just 7.30. The angry rude little fat man asked why we had not phoned the contact number, he knew we were there because he said he was watching us on his camera security (odd request). Well at that point we decided he wanted to be on his own, so we left.... never to return. Business man who upsets customers on first visit.. needs to rethink his situation. Not a nice experience... Beware of angry little man on a quad bike!!!!

Great place if you love fishing, all lakes have good size fish and are really looked after

Always a good fair venue. On the down side you have to use fishery pellet which is rather expensive.
