Lovely gym with great trainers and a fantastic atmosphere. The staff are always welcoming and keep you on track. Love working with all the trainers at Sanders, and also training there!

Great facilities and trainers who remember your name and what your goals are. I have been having weekly Personal Training sessions with Shaun Hooper for just over a month now. The difference (compared with doing the program myself) is huge, both in terms of weight loss and building lean muscle strength. I would highly recommend Shaun and Sanders Fitness to anyone.
