I was let down at the very last minute by National van hire for a 7.5T truck needed for a house move. I contacted Driveline on Friday morning to be told they could happily help out. I had already explained to the team at Driveline the dire predicament I was in so was expecting to pay a bit more as I was desperate. How wrong I was, not only were they cheaper than the idiots who’d let me down they were 100% more professional and very empathetic.
