I consistently have great experiences at this clinic. The staff are friendly and informative and they are always on time and efficient! Prices are reasonable and they always provide options for care depending on your budget. Highly recommend!!!!

I thought the staff were very friendly and good with my pup. Prices were average and what i expected but the vet clinic worked with my budget and did for my pup what they could to accommodate both his health and my finances. Two thumbs up from Cindylu and yes i will be returning for future pet care.

Unbelievably poor service. Not only did they say they were unable to do something as simple as giving an IV or running an ultrasound on a cat, something which after charging us their fee they told us to take to downtown Austin to an emergency room, they failed to even administer the lesser fluids because apparently our cat would not stay still. It appears their staff was not educated, prepared, or equipped for a cat that would not sit entirely still while you poked her with needles. I really can't imagine a more incompetent service experience.

Very friendly and supportive. Followed up twice to ask how our nearly 2yo aussie puppy was doing after an appointment, sent results of tests electronically within a day of testing, and the reports themselves were much more comprehensive than I've received from even other vets who we thought were great. Looking forward to continuing our relationship for our aussie and older springer spaniel
