I would like to thank Simon, Sarah and the team for the work you did on the sale of our late parents property. My brother and I live far away and the whole process has been very difficult for us. It was very much helped by the efficiency and understanding of all involved in the DA&H office. Your suggestion to sell the property in two parts led to a quicker sale and a higher overall price than would otherwise have been achieved. I highly recommend this professional and experienced agent to anyone looking to sell in the Driffield area.
I thoroughly recommend Simon and his team at this agency. They are so professional and friendly - they have made moving house so much easier than I have previously encountered. Although I hope never to have to move again, if I do I will definately come back. Thanks to all
Complete waste of time. Several phone calls other past few week to book viewings for 2 properties, each time told person I need is busy but will ring back shortly.......... still waiting. Went to another company viewing arranged for next day and applied for half hour later, picked the keys up this morning. Save your time and don’t attempt to use, people I’ve spoken to all said same not one good thing said about this agent
Fantastic friendly service from the two agents who dealt with my property sale. Would recommend this estate agent
sold us a fake 12,000 Rolex watch i would not trust this auction house with a bucket let alone a Rolex watch and god forbid a house! Buyer absolutely BEWARE Letter from Rolex claiming unable to service as too many fake parts Rolex request immediate removal of trademark from watch, NOT PROOF? We know you got the message from them... Numpty
