The worst place I've ever been, took to fix two backpacks (one shoulder strap and zipper had to be fixed) and the job was done very poorly - zipper was sewn in the wrong direction which made it very uncomfortable to use. The shoulder strap wasn't even to attached to the back of the backpack. We asked to fix this mistakes however the lady refused to do it. Had to take them to another place. Would not recommend to anyone
