My daughter is getting married this summer. I spend a significant amount of time online and shopping in person for the perfect mother of the bride dress. Nothing caught my fancy. Finally, I decided to look abroad. I am so glad I found Dressini and Denise! I found a dress I love but was nervous about ordering online without being able to try it on in person. I recently purchased a beautiful Mother of the Groom dress for my son's upcoming Nov 2021 wedding. I was a little nervous ordering something overseas, but Denise was wonderful to work with. We emailed and talked on the phone multiple times before I purchased \The Dress.\ The dress arrived at my home in 4 days. It was exactly what I imagined and saw in the picture on the website. I am so excited to wear this dress at my son's BIG DAY!
The shop has Beautiful dresses almost too many to choose from , the staff are amazing , my problem arose after wearing my dress , the dress was beautiful and although not one of the higher priced dresses ,I expected it to last more than one wear !! I returned my dress thinking this would not be a problem and that it would be replaced like for like or repaired , a high street store would have just replaced it no questions asked right away . Not the case , it was decided that I was a little too hefty for the dress and I would have to pay for the repair as you can imagine this was not acceptable, a dress does not come apart at the seams on a first wear , I would seriously have had to be bursting out of the dress and even then come on , 350 for it to fray at the seams on a first wear !! After quite a battle the owner decided a voucher for the full amount was the way forward ...... go figure Denise \u200d️ So went in and spent most of my money and came out with a voucher for the remainder a mere 82 which just happened to run out in the middle of lockdown, every website I have been on have extended the date on their vouchers, not Denise at Dressini ..... no , her till is programmed a certain way and my 82 is no more , in a way I am relieved as I really don’t want to step foot in your shop again . So ladies beware if something goes wrong with your beautiful dress the fake smile is very quickly dropped and you will have a fight on your hands BUYER BEWARE
Good range for mum of bride. Cup of tea for dad too.
