Very good service, he was patient and informative. I had a tight budget and he was respectful of that budget and didn’t try to get me to spend more than I had. Good range of mattresses and decent prices.

We went shopping at dreams in Fareham for a mattress for our 10 year old daughter, who is extremely tall for her age. Ed was fantastic, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the different types of mattress. Service was fantastic and the processes in place in store during Covid-19 are brilliant. Thank you very much
Great service. Useful the sleep machine to find a new mattress. The options it came up with were spot on. The sales advisor knew the products well and was very friendly.
I recently bought two beds from my local Fareham store, I can honestly say my experience was absolutely amazing. Niel, the manager went over and above his duties to make sure I was happy with my purchases. I had a few problems and Neil was very professional in the way he helped me. A big thank you to Neil and his team. Also, your delivery drivers were very courteous and understanding as I asked them to remove their shoes when delivering and they were more than happy to do so. All in all great service from Dreams, thank you.
Visited Dreams in fareham yesterday and was greeted by Ed. Took the sleep match test which is a brilliant idea. Ed was brilliant and his knowledge of the best products for my needs was fantastic. He was extremely helpful and understanding. I didn't feel rushed and was made to feel very relaxed and safe with the measures they have in place. Such a lovely change to experience great customer service and no pushy salespeople. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
