Been to this cafe over the last few months ( every 2 weeks) best Latte coffee I've ever tasted! Hot Sandwiches are well cooked and very filling! Looking forward to trying those fish & chips at some point! Excellent value for money! 5 star service! No complaints from me!
This is one of my favourite cafes in the Staple Hill area. The staff are really nice and helpful and the cafe itself is very clean and smart. Nice range of herbal teas. Good choice of food and very reasonable prices. Outdoor seating available.
It certainly was a dream visiting this location, myself and my wife entered the store at mid afternoon having just awakened from our naps whilst watching loose women. We swiftly placed an order for 2 portions of beans and burgers, which arrived in no time at all. However, this is when our visit took a turn for the worse. The waiter carrying our food dropped the majority of it onto the wooden flooring, and instead of preparing a new meal simply plated it up. This was rather unpleasent but we said \hey hum\ and got on with it (however rather amusingly instead of cleaning the remnants of our food still present on the floor, the waiter left it there). It became apparent to us that our visit to Dream café would resemble more of a nightmare when my wife bit into her burger, it was frozen solid. She had to be rushed to hospital and an ambulance called, unfortunately the operation she had to have failed and she lost both of her legs. A picture will be attached below. We are still waiting for the legal fees from Dream Café.
