Today I received my vaccine, I have to admit I was absolutely terrified, but on arrival I was made to feel comfortable, and reassured. I was treated By Shena, who was just amazing, and so was the young lady at the computer(sorry don't know her name). The reassurance, kindness and care shown by both was above and beyond belief - so A MASSIVE THANK YOU. Also a mention to My favourite Dr. Cooper, who is a saint on 2 legs. He is patient kind and very understanding and has a comforting way with words. He also took care of my fears, and helped me along this journey which was not an easy one for me. A massive thank you too to all the staff at Drayton Medical Practice, you are all unbelievable.

The team at Drayton practice are brilliant, constantly working under pressure to do their best for the town.
Very poor service. I called in whilst on holiday in the area to see a nurse as I had an ear infection and was flatly refused any help, despite their website informing you that you could call in and see a minor injuries/ illness nurse. I received much more helpful advice from the lady in the pharmacy next door. I feel for the local people if this is the service that the local nhs provides, shocking.
Always have trouble making appointment. I work alot, so I am almost always beaten to earlier appointments often having to wait week or 2 at a time. If you work, good luck. Best go here if you are pregnant or over 70.
