On holiday in the Cotswolds this week. Went to Chipping Camden to see this bookshop. The net and the door says open Wednesdays at 10.30am. As we had elsewhere to go we left at 10.45 and it was still not open. Presumably the owner does not need the business and we will not be back.

A beautiful shop with a lovely range of goods and a friendly proprietor!
Wonderful place. Small and cramped, smelling of old paper, with the shelves overflowing, just like a bookstore should be. They even had a nice little selection of SF. Not to be missed
Draycott Books is one of the jewels of the Cotswolds. This great shop in a wonderful town is a must-see for any book lover. The shop has a diverse stock with many wonderful antiquarian, vintage and collectible books, including many signed 1st Editions. I go out of my way to visit the shop every time I travel to the UK from Canada. I only wish the shop was 5,000 miles closer!
A very good antiquarian bookshop. Found a pair rare novels in very good condition for a fair price. Thanks, Tom von Meyenfeldt
