I am a frequent customer to this shop and this afternoon drove up from Harrogate as we are celebrating our daughters 4th birthday tomorrow and wanted to get a helium balloon filled up of her favourite character as we know how special this would make her day. Unfortunately they will only fill balloons purchased from the shop. I offered to pay the full price of a ballon to just fill the one I had with me explaining how this would make my little girls day and was still refused. I’ll make sure to avoid this shop in the future.

Lovely card shop, i could spend hours in there. Plenty of little gifts for anyone and everyone and a great selection of cards too. The customer service is outstanding, always a friendly face waiting to help you pick the perfect cards.
Lovely shop with friendly and helpful staff. Got everything I needed for a 6th birthday party including candle, balloons, badge and bunting. Also good choice of helium balloons. All very good prices too! Thank you.
