Late-night food
Never had any problems with dragon palace until last night. We ordered food and were told it would be between 45 minutes to an hour, hour and 45 minutes later it turned up. We rang to ask where our food was as it was late and the attitude and customer service from the woman on the phone was atrocious and very rude. Once it has eventually arrived, we opened the box to then find we didn’t have our full order so then rang again to obviously let them know we were missing some items. Yet again the attitude was awful and they accused us of lying and told us they ‘triple checked’ the box and that everything was there. They also refused to bring us the missing items and continued to give us attitude over the phone. We paid 50 for the food that turned up late, cold and had items missing. The children were unable to eat as their food was part of the order that was missing so we had to then cook them food after paying so much money for nothing! Very disappointed in the way we were treated as dragon palace has always been a favourite of mine. Will not be ordering from them in the near future, they have now lost a loyal customer.
