Service is terrible ordered my food 4 and 1/2 hours in advance and thay completely forgot about me it's third time they have let me down

I have used here for years on and off and I have to say that tonight was the best take away I've ever had from here. The crispy shredded spicy beef was amazing - crunchy not chewy.
called and placed order at 7.50pm and payed by card...9.20pm still no delivery so checked my online banking which showed the money hadn’t even been taken, called them and asked where my order was...man went and spoke to someone else and came back and said it’s been prepped now...10pm still no delivery! called again and told them i’ve been waiting over 2 hours! someone else comes on the phone and says hello would you like collection or delivery! i said ive ordered then he said it’s out for delivery! shocking service from a chinese i use often!
This restaurant is okay, but the area is not the best let alone good, it's in awful negative area. The prices of the food is expensive for the amount you get, but the flavouring and taste is amazing. I Can't give it 5 Stars because the pricing is way off, but it's ok restaurant.
