The meal should have been delivered at 7:25pm but was delivered at 9:15pm following a number of calls. The food was lukewarm and had to be heated in the oven and microwave. Disappointing as the site had good reviews and we were looking for a nice meal to celebrate New Years Eve. It would have been better to reduce the number of orders taken if they were unable to cope with the demand.
