Very caring Doctor more like a family friend. Reception desk sometimes busy but can check in on screen and make appointments on-line. All staff pretty friendly and Nurses very good too. Have duty Doctor if urgently think you need to see someone and that process will screen out urgent vs non-urgent needs.
