I recently received Bally’s Circus pinball from my grandma. It is quite dated and needed some care. I called Dr. Scott’s pinball and he was out within days to look it over and get it back running right. Dr. Scott even made a second trip out a few days later to finish it up and might I add, without charging for the second trip out. A week and a half later we started to have another issue with the machine. I sent a text and within 10 minutes Dr. Scott was back at my house to take a look. After a couple minutes of looking and listening, he knew exactly what was going on and got it fixed. I would highly recommend Dr. Scott’s pinball! Very knowledgeable and efficient!

Dr. Scott's been in business for 26 beautiful years! His store is sanitized daily and throughout your visit. He shared early history knowledge of game design and creation along with introducing a few rare gems during our visit! Every home needs a pinball machine•
Just can't say enough positive things about the store and Dr. Scott!! His knowledge of product and related customer service is unmatched... I have been a customer for over 20 years and subsequently moved away to Charlotte from Toledo a decade ago and he still will walk me thru problems over the phone/internet whenever we need. He sends photo's or written communication to literally walk me thru any issue. We felt so blessed for his advice and help we literally wanted to send him money for an "internet service call" but he told me he wouldn't accept it. "Once a customer always a customer"... Dr Scott said. Purchased my Who's Tommy Pinball game over 20 years ago -- and he's still assisting me. Rare - Rare - Rare and their knowledge and guidance is unmatched.
Dr Scott drove all the way to Columbus to fix multiple issues with our Rocky & Bullwinkle Pinball machine. He replaced all of the play field lighting with LED bulbs, fixed a circuit board on site, replaced several parts, rubbers etc and gave the machine a good cleaning. Very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.
I’ve been there more than a few times. (If I had anything at all to ask, they knew the answers.) Very knowledgeable.. Huge Selection! New & old alike! Great store! U better believe IT! Great Games for all ages! Thanks Dr Scott!
Very knowledgeable, was able to do a repair on our machine for less than originally quoted and good communication. Highly recommended!!
Pretty awesome place, and very unique in the area. Great if you're thinking about getting a machine.
Great when he is selling you something. Not interested in servicing what he sells. Been waiting since January for him to repair. Have sent numerous followups but only get a "Thanks for the nudge nudge" response. Lack of communication is beyond frustrating.
