I was experiencing terrible backache for the first time and it was a Saturday so didn’t know what to do. I found Dr Ma online and called to see whether she could fit me in. Despite being very busy, she offered me an appointment that day. She listened well, was kind and the treatment has helped with my symptoms although I am sure will take a few more sessions to sort due to the problem. She clearly knows what she is doing and there is a sense you’re in capable and experienced hands. I would definitely recommend her to others.

After struggling for years with back/neck pain and headaches i went to Dr Ma for 4 sessions. After the first session the improvement was amazing. After the 4th session my pain was almost gone. Totally recommend.
Very bad service unprofessional, not friendly total waste of money. Will never recommend. I have never given a review before just had to do this. After complaining about they way l was treated no apologies. Please enlighten me who does a message with a towel in the hand without touching your skin. I might be wrong.
Wonderful. Have been to Dr Ma for a number of problems over the years. Always fantastic results. Recommended my mum use her too after a knee operation and the difference to her has been amazing too. I have been to another acupuncturist who I was not impressed with at all. If you need acupuncture or herbal medicines look no further.5*
I came to doctor Ma in need of help, I had been suffering many years with constant headaches and debilitating migraines. I had seen my GP over and over again and they would give me drug after drug to try. In the end I got so unwell with side effects from one of the migraine drugs I thought there has to be another way. I did a lot of research into acupuncture and thought I'd would give it a go. At this point I was in such agonising pain I would have paid anything to anyone to just get rid of it. The day I had my appointment with Dr Ma I actually woke with a really bad migraine. A great way to test if this will sort it or not. I went in had the acupuncture and a Chinese massage after (a little bit like a sports massage so it's getting into deep tissue). After the session I felt much better than I had before arriving. By the end of the day my migraine had vanished. I am now on day 3 since having my first session and I am still amazingly pain free and I have noticed I am also pain free from other pains that I had not mentioned to Dr Ma about. I usually have legs that ache quicker than the average person, and today is the first day in many years I have not been conquered by aching legs and managed a long strenuous walk. I have 2 more sessions with Dr Ma and I certainly think it was well worth the money. She has really helped me in such a way I cannot explain. I am looking forward to my next 2 sessions and in the future I will now give alternative medicine a try.
