Sweet pickles. Tough brisket. Good baby back ribs. Decent sauce. Unsatisfying baked beans. Packaged with all meats on top of each other, not separated by paper or foil. Wouldn’t order from here again or recommend.

I love this place, and everyone I have ever taken to Dr Hogly Wogly’s loves it as well! You can go anywhere and eat something described as barbecue, but it won’t be as good. I love the brisket, my girl friend loves the pulled pork, and many of my friends love the ribs. I am also a fan of the macaroni salad with a bit of spicy bbq sauce on it! Feels like grandmas house, tastes like heaven in Texas, and won’t cost you more than it should.
I really enjoy their food and service, good location next to where I live. The staff members are always super nice. I highly recommend this place.
Had a good experience in this spot with my wife. The food arrives fast and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are affordable.
Good flavor, large portions but a little limited on sides. Brisket is amazing, ribs are good but a little tough. Everything is else is good but not the best I’ve ever had. The bread is so soft and good and the peach pie is amazing. One thing about this location is they’ve been using wood burners for years and they’re one of the few places in LA that still uses them, so the flavor is unique. Parking kind of sucks and it can take a little bit to get your food sometimes, but overall this is a pretty good BBQ restaurant in the valley!
