21/08/2019 Honest Review Doctors Allways Great service From Anyone I've Seen. Even had them pick up on thing the local hospital had managed to have missed when had to try accessing services via A&E Desk Staff Issues Rude reception staff both in person and on telephone. making it difficult to get appointments for check ups when suffering with a long term condition. seems dependant on which desk telephone operator you happen to get at the time. Pharmacy Issues been given the wrong mediction. followed by not been given a full perscription which needed signing for and wasn't. yet the blame was tried to be passed to me rather than simply admitting a minor fault had happened on there end, as if id recieved it I would have had to sign for it. . Bad Location To Have To Get To On Foot With Long Term condition.

The receptionists now are lovely and helpful. I have never been disappointed with the level of care I've received. I think the health centre is marvellous.

Rude reception staff both in person and on telephone. Always running late, and difficult to get appointments.
