Just had a repair done to our Samsung EccoBubble Washing Machine that was leaking water by Sonny from DR Appliance Repairs. An excellent service from a skilled Engineer, and we will certainly use them again in the future.

I was booked for call out today took time off from work for engineer to call out, plus was told I have to pay a call out fee 140 which is high but was happy too. Then I got a call this morning saying we can’t come out today I said to the advisor on call I had to take day off from work and you tell me on spot then he didn’t know what to say then said we can book you in tomorrow I said what’s the guarantee he said went silent very disappointed with service won’t recommend them to know one.
Terrific Service. Friendly, punctual and they really know their appliances. Will use again if I need to.
