Today was my first visit here and my last, on the count of I asked for white sugar off the young girl that gave myself and my husband are coffees to get a reply sorry you cant have white sugar with coffee and off she went, the young lady with glasses was lovely I asked her for white sugar an she got it with a smile an a cheery is there anything else I can get you?, We also got soup an roll, my husband had chicken he said was lovely. I had vegetable I must admit I wasn't very fussed on it as it had beans in it I don't like beans. The rolls was nice and fresh.

Me and my English Bulldog, Fred, are regulars at Rich’s. Same owners for around 38 years, they must be doing an amazing job to last on Lord st for so long! and they do indeed do a great job! You are always treated well, the food, drinks and prices are very good. I cannot praise them enough. Mark H
